Anthony HawkinsAssociateBA(Hons) DipTP MRTPI Anthony Hawkins is a charted town planner with a degree in Economics and a Diploma in Town Planning. He was elected to membership of the RTPI in 1979. He joined Bell Cornwell in January 1992 having previously worked at Clydebank, City of Glasgow, Arun, Bracknell and Newbury (now West Berkshire) District Councils. He has a wide range of planning experience including planning applications and appeals. The majority of his work is in the promotion of strategic housing sites for a number of major homebuilders through Local Development Frameworks and subsequent planning applications. He also has extensive experience in giving evidence at public examinations. In conjunction with Bell Cornwell Environmental, he is also very experienced in the preparation of Environmental Impact Statements and Sustainability Appraisals. Anthony’s projects range from Devon and Wiltshire to
Northampton and Bedfordshire as well as the Home Counties.
The sites range in size up to several thousand dwellings
together with associated facilities. |
