Bell Cornwell undertakes a wide variety of planning appeal work and has considerable experience in handling appeals dealt with by written representation, informal hearing and public inquiry. We are able to advise on appeal strategy and identify the most the appropriate appeal method, bringing together other professionals and witnesses as appropriate in preparing the required evidence. We also appear as expert witnesses at public inquiries.
