Graham C BellPartnerBA(Hons) FRGS DipTP MRTPI MSc(Env Assess) Graham founded Bell Cornwell with John Cornwell and Linda Saunders in 1986 after working for one of Surrey’s Local Planning Authorities for 7 years and spending 2 years at a major planning and architectural consultancy in the South East. His work encompasses a broad range of planning and environmental work in both urban and rural locations; spread throughout England and Wales. His workload is focussed primarily on commercial developments, residential allocations and promotion of planning applications and appeals. He has significant experience in managing major projects particularly where these need environmental assessment, negotiations with local planning authorities and appearing as an expert witness at appeal hearings and inquiries. He deals with a wide range of private, public and corporate clients. He is a chartered
Town Planner and was elected to membership of the RTPI in
1982 having completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Town
Planning in 1981 which followed a Geography Degree at
Southampton University in 1977. Graham also gained a Masters
in Environmental Assessment from Oxford Brookes University
in 1995. |
