Jonathan is a chartered town planner with a degree in Town and Country Planning and a Diploma in Town Planning from Oxford Brookes University. He started his planning career in 2004 and was elected to full membership of the RTPI in 2007. He joined Bell Cornwell in 2008 having previously worked in the private sector elsewhere.

His experience has included a wide range of work, principally in development control, including initial planning appraisals, preparing and managing planning applications, and planning appeals.

Jonathan’s work is based predominantly across the south of England including the Home Counties, and the South West. Projects range from small development schemes to larger sites for residential, commercial and mixed use developments.
