Linda is one of the founding Partners of Bell Cornwell. She started her planning career with Manchester City Council in 1973 and subsequently held posts with Warrington New Town Development Corporation, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and then in private practice.

She has the designated title of Practice Manager which encompasses responsibility for all matters involving the managing, administration, personnel and finance of the business.
