Outline planning permission for expansion of Southwater, near Horsham

Outline planning permission has been obtained by Bell Cornwell on behalf of Berkeley Homes for the erection of up to 540 new dwellings and 54 retirement living apartments, plus significantly enhanced sporting & community facilities, at Southwater, south of Horsham. Permission was granted by Horsham DC in advance of the adoption of the Horsham District Planning Framework as one of two major residential allocations in the district.
