Daniel joined in April 2016 working on a variety of different projects, largely residential and commercial schemes with an equally varying client-base that is predominately located in the Devon and Cornwall areas. He enjoys being involved in the different scales of the residential schemes that we see at Bell Cornwell.
It is important as a planning consultant to have good negotiations skills in order to achieve the best results for your client and seeking a resolution with the prospective planning authority, but also equally being realistic in what is achievable.
Prior to joining Bell Cornwell, Daniel was a Planning and Environmental Consultant at WSP|Parsons Brinckerhoff focusing primarily on Environmental Impact Assessments for major infrastructure projects. Before that he did a short spell at North West Leicestershire District Council.
He gained a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of the West of England and a 1st Class honours degree in Planning and Development from Birmingham City University. A Licentiate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and looking to submit his APC for chartership in the near future.Back to our team
