Rebekah joined Bell Cornwell in 2004 and became a Partner in 2013. During this time she has been involved in a wide range of projects from small scale domestic and commercial proposals to large mixed use schemes, covering all aspects of the planning process across the South of England and London.
She enjoys the variety of work and the interesting challenges that Bell Cornwell’s clients and projects bring. The cross section of work and experience ensures that she remains active and up to date with the full range of planning related projects of all shapes and sizes. Rebekah takes pride in looking after every client, guiding them carefully through the planning process.
Rebekah began her career in the public sector for Mid Sussex District Council and Hertsmere Borough Council before moving to the private sector, working for a large multi-disciplinary consultancy before joining Bell Cornwell.
She obtained a first degree in Geography from the University of Durham and then completed a Masters Degree in Town Planning at the University of Westminster. She became a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2002.Back to our team
