Large Residential Development in Farnham

Outline planning permission has been approved in principle by Waverley Borough Council for the erection of up to 105 houses and flats in Farnham, including 32 affordable units.

The greenfield site at Green Lane, Badshot Lea falls within a strategic gap in the current Waverley Local Plan, but has been successfully promoted by Bell Cornwell as a housing allocation in the Farnham Neighbourhood Plan This passed a local referendum in June this year and is due to be formally adopted by Waverley Borough Council later this month.
