Planning permission was successfully achieved for the erection of a contemporary 6 bed detached two storey dwelling with associated triple garage and revised access on to the A30, within the countryside at Nately Scures in Hampshire.
The site, formed part of a rear garden and Bell Cornwell, after a lengthy dialogue with the Local Planning Authority as to its current and previous use, was able to demonstrate that the site, as a garden in the countryside, was previously developed land. This important turning point ensured that the scheme was policy compliant and the application was later approved under delegated powers.
