Rebecca is a chartered town planner who started her planning career in 1986. She achieved a Masters degree in Town and Country Planning from Reading University in 1994 and was elected to full membership of the RTPI in 1995. She joined Bell Cornwell in 2008 having previously worked in the public sector for Surrey Heath Borough Council, Bracknell Forest Borough Council and Guildford Borough Council.

Rebecca has a wide and varied range of experience, principally in development control and planning enforcement in both urban and rural areas for both minor and major schemes. This experience includes initial planning appraisals; preparing and managing planning applications; managing development project teams; written representation appeals; informal hearings, and public inquiries. Rebecca also advises clients on planning enforcement matters and has experience of preparing applications for Lawful Development Certificates and project managing post permission discharge of planning conditions.

Her work is based across England, principally in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire and the surrounding area.
