Rebekah Jubb is a chartered town planner with a first degree in Geography and a Masters Degree in Town Planning. She started her planning career in 1998, being elected to membership of the RTPI in 2002. She joined Bell Cornwell in 2004 having previously worked in private practice elsewhere and for Hertsmere Borough and Mid Sussex District Councils.

She has a wide range of experience, principally in development control work, including initial planning appraisals, preparing and managing planning applications, written representation and informal hearing appeals and promotion of sites for development through Development Plans. She is also a qualified EcoHomes Assessor.

Her work is based largely in west and north London and the Home Counties. Projects range from small development schemes to the redevelopment of large sites for residential, commercial or mixed use developments.
