Senior Planner

Bell Cornwell are an independent firm of town planning consultants established in 1986. We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Planner to join our 18 - strong team at our conveniently located offices in Hook, Hampshire.

The successful candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision, be a commercially minded, enthusiastic and self-motivated. You will undertake a wide variety of projects mainly in the South East, Home Counties and South West of the country covering the full range of planning work from site appraisals, applications, appeals, and LDF representations.

You will have completed an accredited planning degree/diploma and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute with 3-5 Post Qualification Experience. Excellent written and oral presentation skills are essential for the post.
