Strategic Site Promotion
The Practice is actively monitoring or promoting major
development proposals through Regional Spatial Strategies
for a variety of clients.
Bell Cornwell already has significant experience in
promoting land for development through the new planning
regime, which will eventually replace Structure and Local
Plans. We are also monitoring and promoting proposals
through Local Development Frameworks currently being
prepared by local planning authorities across the country
and have presented evidence at some of the first Core
Strategy Inquiries to take place. We are actively
engaged in monitoring and promoting development sites and
seeking to influence policy in the evolving Local
Development Documents.
