Tracey is a chartered town planner who joined Bell Cornwell in May 2004 having previously worked for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for more than ten years.

She has a wealth of experience mainly in the urban environment. Her work is principally in development control matters including initial site appraisals, planning applications and appeals through both the written representations and informal hearings procedures. She is also able to undertake Sunlight and Daylight assessments.

Her work is based predominantly in the London area with significant experience in conservation areas and listed buildings. Projects range from small scale householder schemes to large scale redevelopment proposals for residential, commercial or mixed use schemes.
