Associate Planner – Cornwall Office

Are you an ambitious planner with a strong commercial mindset? Our Cornwall office is looking for an experienced and driven Associate Chartered Planner to work on a diverse portfolio of work and play a key role in business development. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to lead projects, and grow their profile in a region with varied and rewarding planning challenges.

Requirements

✔ Chartered Planner / RTPI Member
✔ Strong, broad planning experience
✔ Commercial awareness of consultancy and development
✔ Full driving licence (exceptions considered)

Main Responsibilities

• Leading and managing planning projects from start to finish
• Preparing appraisals, applications, and appeals
• Building strong client relationships
• Contributing to business growth

Knowledge Required

• Good understanding and ability in the full range of planning work
• Good commercial understanding of development projects
• Good commercial understanding of planning consultancy business
