With a strong reputation for clear, realistic advice and personalised service, we support clients across residential, commercial, leisure, energy and heritage sectors — from national developers to private individuals.

Senior or Principal Planner – Cornwall Office

Are you an ambitious planner with a strong commercial mindset? Our Cornwall office is looking for a driven Senior or Principal Chartered Planner to work on a diverse portfolio of work and play a key role in business development. These are great opportunities for someone ready to lead projects, and grow their profile in a region with varied and rewarding planning challenges.

Requirements

✔ Chartered Planner / RTPI Member
✔ Strong, broad planning experience
✔ Commercial awareness of consultancy and development
✔ Full driving licence (exceptions considered)

Main Responsibilities

• Planning projects from start to finish
• Preparing appraisals, applications, and appeals
• Building strong client relationships
• Contributing to business growth

Knowledge Required

• Good understanding and ability in the full range of planning work
• Good commercial understanding of development projects
• Good commercial understanding of planning consultancy business
