Change of Use to Listed Building in Exmouth

The Exeter office has been successful in securing planning permission and listed building consent to convert part of a hotel in Exmouth into three residential flats. The site is situated within the town’s Principal Holiday Accommodation Area and a Conservation Area but a case was made on grounds of heritage benefit to the Grade II listed building, viability, the benefits to the remaining hotel business and the lack of a five year housing land supply.
