Graham Bell Marches for Men!
On Sunday 18th June founding Partner Graham Bell took part in the ‘March for Men’ in support of Prostate UK, a charity that supports the sufferers of prostate cancer as well as funding research to beat the awful illness.
Graham took part in the London leg of the march which took him through Queen Elizabeth Park on one of the hottest days of the year!
Jeff Stelling hosted the walk which involved him walking 400 miles over 15 days from Exeter to Newcastle. His mammoth walk finished on Friday 16th June. On the Saturday and Sunday that followed over 1,600 people took part in the walks which took place in London, Leeds and Glasgow.
Bell Cornwell LLP are aware that some of our clients have suffered from this disease so Graham and his wife were very pleased to “March for Men” to help raise the funds needed to carry on with the valuable research.
Graham’s daughter works for the charity ‘Prostate Cancer UK’ and designed all the material and t-shirts for the day and she had also “Marched” with Jeff Stelling in the week preceeding.
So far the cause has raised over £289,000 from the hard work of all of the determined walkers.
