Acting on behalf of Edgecote Ltd the Hook office has secured full planning permission from Hart District Council for the erection of 10 apartments following demolition of an office building in Fleet designed by MorseWebb Solway Brown Architects. The proposed building has been raised from street level to facilitate under croft car parking and service areas with the apartments spread over two floors above.
The modern design incorporates balconies and terraces to reduce the built mass of the development whilst adding variety and interest to the building and provide private amenity. Roof gardens at the top will also provide private amenity space for future residents and allow for the potential to increase the biodiversity of the site.
