Planning permission granted for dwelling near Clyst St Mary

13th August 2015

Bell Cornwell’s Exeter office has secured outline planning permission for a dwelling on the edge of Clyst St Mary. The application site falls outside of the village’s settlement boundary and is situated in the open countryside, but is well-related to existing residential development and the village’s facilities.  Bell Cornwell was successful in overcoming East Devon District Council’s initial concerns regarding the principle of development, and following representations made to the Planning Committee, the application was unanimously recommended for approval. For more information contact Dan Rogers.
