Acting on behalf of a private client the Hook Office secured full planning permission from East Hampshire District Council for a replacement dwelling in the countryside designed by MorseWebb Solway Brown Architects. The floor of the original dwelling measured 293 sq m thereby a proposal for 668 sq m far exceeded policy limitations. A strategy for a fall-back position was developed which deemed the refusal of the permission on this ground unreasonable. For more information please contact Mike Cole.
