Opened in June 2025, Bell Cornwell’s Sussex office based in Chichester extends our reach and strengthens our presence across Sussex. Our Sussex team offers a full range of town and country Planning consultancy services, working with landowners, developers, entrepreneurs and property professionals on every aspect from site appraisals and Planning applications to Local Plan representations and appeals. We pride ourselves on offering clear, commercially focused advice, shaped by a strong understanding of local issues and national policy.
