Amy joined Bell Cornwell in 2013 bringing a wide range of capabilities to the firm. These ranged from gaining planning permission for the home extensions of private individuals to working as part of a team on large scale strategic developments for residential, commercial and mixed use – including many brownfield schemes.
Her experience includes undertaking appraisals of the development potential of sites, including sequential assessments for town centre uses; preparing and submitting planning applications; leading planning appeals; negotiating S.106 contributions and organising and hosting public consultation events.
Amy previously worked for a London-based private sector consultancy firm.
Awarded a BSc in City and Regional Planning from Cardiff University and an MSc, Amy became a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2008.Back to our team
