Diane Hughes


Diane’s role covers a range of tasks to ensure company productivity and efficiency, including implementing business strategies and evaluating the company’s performance and managing staff within her team, whilst contributing to and managing the strategic direction of the partnership. Diane is the Partner responsible for all administrative matters including IT and compliance, Finance, HR, Marketing and monitoring of business processes, whilst implementing a strategic overview of all offices and areas of the business.

Diane qualified as a certified accountant whilst working in the healthcare industry and has added to this whilst working at Bell Cornwell by recently achieving a qualification from the Institute of Personnel and Development in 2019.

Before joining Bell Cornwell in 2012, Diane’s previous roles include working in manufacturing in the aviation industry and in B2B consultancy within the finance industry.
