Jamie Wallace

Senior Associate BA(Hons) DipTP MRTPI

Situated in our London office, Jamie provides advice on all aspects of land use planning across London and the South East. Jamie leads the development and growth of the London office whilst his management and support to the wider team helps to ensure the highest level of professional service is provided to our clients.

Jamie has worked within the private sector since 2011, serving a large variety of clients with their equally diverse projects. Having spent his entire career within consultancy, Jamie has an inherent understanding of the importance of assembling a strong project team. His experience with such a variety of proposals has enabled Jamie to build a strong contact base of professionals across the range of disciplines required to deliver successful outcomes for his clients.

Jamie has a thorough insight into the commercial considerations surrounding development and has a history of maximising the value of his clients’ asset portfolios. He has an eclectic portfolio of project experience which varies from large scale, mixed-use developments, to working with London’s significant built heritage where he has particular expertise in its interaction with modern developments. Beyond this specialism, he has extensive knowledge in site promotions, planning appraisals and appeals.

With his father also being a planner, Jamie was destined to follow in his footsteps having been taken on site visits as a young boy. Witnessing the regeneration of sites sparked his interest in the development sector and for the multi-faceted disciplines required to deliver successful projects. Studying at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, Jamie graduated with a degree in Town and Country Planning followed by a Diploma in Town Planning. He became a chartered member of the RTPI in 2013.
