Lindsay is an Associate Planner based in the Hampshire office who joined Bell Cornwell’s team in 2021. She advises clients on the planning potential of sites and helps to navigate them through the complex and ever-changing planning system.
Prior to joining Bell Cornwell, Lindsay worked as a consultant for a large multi-disciplinary firm and practiced across both the South East and the South West. Her previous experience involves residential led mixed-use development with a particular focus on Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole, Dorset Council and the surrounding areas. She sought out Bell Cornwell due to our personal approach to projects and our focus on high-quality advice.
Lindsay is responsible for the preparation, submission and progression of a variety of planning applications and appeals, with expertise in residential led development. Acting on behalf of a range of clients, her work regularly involves detailed negotiations through to the discharge of planning conditions. In addition, she provides invaluable strategic advice and is adept at promoting sites via the Local Plan making process and five-year housing land supply analysis.
Lindsay gained a BA (Hons) degree in Urban Studies & Planning and a post-graduate Diploma in Town and Country Planning at the University of Sheffield. The course combined her passions: history, geography and economics and proved a perfect match. She enjoys the variety of people, projects and places and has been a chartered member of the RTPI since 2006.Back to our team
