Amy Roberts from our Exeter Office has secured approval of reserved matters for employment development at Roundswell South Business Park, a strategic employment site in Barnstaple, Devon.

The project encompasses four industrial and storage/distribution blocks, delivering 29 new units for local businesses.
Our submission demonstrated this well-designed development makes efficient use of the site while remaining sensitive to the surrounding context.

Of particular focus was ensuring the landscaping softened visual impact and enhanced biodiversity. The green spaces and planting will help the buildings blend into the environment and provide a welcoming workspace.
