Bell Cornwell is delighted to share the successful approval of a reserved matters application for a major residential development in Topsham, delivered on behalf of Bloor Homes (Exeter) and in collaboration with LHC Design.
Granted by Exeter City Council, the scheme will deliver around 200 new homes and a new community building, forming a key part of the wider Newcourt residential-led mixed-use allocation. This development will make a meaningful contribution to meeting Exeter’s growing housing needs.

The approved scheme includes a carefully balanced mix of apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes, designed to create a strong sense of place and local identity. High design standards, generous open space and thoughtfully arranged amenity areas underpin the layout, ensuring a comfortable and attractive living environment for future residents. Importantly, 25% of the homes will be affordable, supporting wider efforts to improve housing accessibility in the city.
