Applications Bell Cornwell’s Exeter office is pleased to have secured planning permission for the redevelopment of an established employment site at Exeter Airport Business Park on behalf of EIC Exeter Ltd, working alongside GJR Architects.
Delivering Purpose-Built Industrial Space
The approved scheme will see the removal of two outdated industrial buildings and the creation of approximately 900sqm of modern employment floorspace. This will be delivered across two new buildings designed to accommodate a range of uses, including light industrial, general industrial, and storage and distribution. The new facilities will provide flexibility for future occupiers while significantly improving the functional quality of the site.
