Working across Greater London to deliver planning solutions for development schemes
Martin Moss joined Bell Cornwell’s team in 2023 and is an Associate, based in our London office. He advises on a variety of schemes in London and the South-East.
Expertise
Martin has extensive experience providing planning consultancy advice on residential, commercial and mixed-use developments of a variety of scales, including major schemes referrable to the Mayor of London. He is effective in liaising with consultants across a range of disciplines to ensure the planning case for development is consistent and well-presented. He has a good understanding of the risks and opportunities for development proposals and a good working knowledge of heritage and sustainability matters, that helps inform clear, robust and realistic advice to clients. He has a strong track record in securing planning permissions and in securing amendments to approved schemes, to make them viable and deliverable.
Experience
Martin has worked in the private sector as a Chartered (MRTPI) Town Planning Consultant since 2006. He has extensive experience of providing planning advice for a wide range of mixed use, commercial and residential development proposals for a variety of landowners and developers throughout the UK.
Education
Martin graduated with a degree in City and Regional Planning and received advanced diploma in Town Planning (Distinction) from Cardiff University, before being awarded chartered membership to the Royal Town Planning Institute.
