Sophie specialises in commercial and employment developments, including office and industrial schemes of all scales, as well as a wide range of heritage-led projects for both private clients, institutional landowners and great estates.
Experience
Sophie joins Bell Cornwell with over nine years’ experience in the private sector, working for established planning consultancies on a wide range of development types. Although her work has been primarily London-focused, she has successfully delivered projects across the UK, giving her a strong understanding of the nuances of local policy and the varying approaches taken by local planning authorities.
Education
Sophie holds both a BSc(Hons) in Property and Planning and an MA in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Westminster. She has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) since 2020.
