Zoe advises on a variety of planning matters, with particular expertise in prior approval applications, including office-to-residential conversions. Her work also includes residential-led mixed-use development and site promotion through the Local Plan process.
Prior to joining Bell Cornwell, Zoe worked on a 3,500 home, mixed use development, which received Planning Permission of the Year in 2023.
Experience
Zoe began her planning career at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council as an Assistant Enforcement Officer.
In 2020, she joined the mixed-use planning team of a large property consultancy, where she worked on residential and mixed-use projects across London and the South East, including planning applications, prior approval submissions and strategic land promotion.
Education
Zoe is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and holds a Master’s degree in Chartered Town Planning from London South Bank University.
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and International Development from the University of Sussex.
