Strategic Planning – What we can do

30th August 2017

Find out how to maximise the potential of your land and property assets by promotion at the right time and in the most effective way.

We have a range of planners who specialise in this field and are experienced in working on a wide variety of projects involving land and sites of all scales.  They apply their planning knowledge and negotiation skills to maximise site potential and deliver desired results.

Our team have achieved success on a range of levels and are currently promoting sites across the country from the earliest stages through to planning applications to deliver allocations or specialist sites.

We use our established relationships with Local Authorities and in depth knowledge of their housing, employment and leisure requirements and the progress on their development plans, to help us to achieve success on your behalf – ensuring the right strategy, in the right place and at the right time.

For example, there are sites around the country now that are being developed or now provide homes, jobs or leisure amenities because of entering the plan making process at the right time. Take Holt Lane here in Hook.

Promotion of the site at the right time and with an innovative approach to technical problems raised in the past, has led to a successful housing and public park area for Hook, which has assisted in meeting the need for alternative natural space to relieve pressure on the European protected areas of the lowland heaths in the District.

The site was allocated in a draft plan, protected through the examination and then an application made at the right time to deliver the houses and park. Close work with LPA and Parish has created a successful adjunct to Hook close to employment areas and the centre.
